Kaizen Description	Change in process to control Tempered seal missing issue
Before Situation	The manpower working on master carton sometimes forgets to put tempered seal.
After Situation	We changed the process where after making a master carton, then tempered seal is pasted, it will be then checked by Quality manpower and then will be placed on the pallet
