Kaizen Description

As it was observed in pro watch battery percentage low due to handset was on condition in block closure.
Before Situation

As reviewed there was no any process defined in SOP for how to treat hold SFG while sudden/unplanned notification got for block closure (non operational holiday).
After Situation

As process mapped and raised PCR and modified one process." To keep handset in shut down (off)condition while unplanned notification got for block closure. also ensure each SFG pro watch should be in off condition to avoid battery low percentage issue.
