Improve the Scrap Rate of RF cable & its Failure in Model Yuva 5G
In this Model PCBA & Sub PCBA lock diameter was less as compare to RF cable diameter that's why its getting SCRAP & Failure rate Increasing & Productivity also getting Hamper.
After this We taken Temporary Counter Action to avoid Scrap rate, failure & Productivity at assembly line. we added the Manual Process to open PCBA & sub PCBA lock after this All things got improved at Assembly line.
