Previously, staff members placed their helmets in various locations such as on top of lockers or in any available cupboard. This led to issues with misplacing helmets and confusion about where to store them properly.
Helmets were stored haphazardly, creating disorganization and inconvenience. Helmets often got misplaced or forgotten. There was no systematic method for helmet storage, leading to inefficiencies and potential safety concerns.
Implement a systematic helmet storage method where helmets are stored in a designated area near the gate. Assign numbered slots for helmet storage and issue corresponding tokens to staff members. Staff members place their helmets in the assigned slots and take the corresponding token, ensuring that each helmet has a specific place and can be easily retrieved.
