Kaizen Description

To control antenna deformation issue so check the lope hole process and process modified where scope of improvement
Before Situation

as it was observed there was no process define in SOP for middle cover fixing process as per given process. "take middle cover and directly align with PCBA location in his process antenna getting damaged.
After Situation

checked the SOP points and raise the PCR And mentioned the point "take middle cover and align with PCBA from top left corner and slightly align with downwards direction and press the bottom right corner so that it could be fix properly also eliminate antenna deformation and PAD off issue.
