Kaizen Description	Keypad shortge as per yield due to lanka model keypad had mixed with Hero glow model
Before Situation	"1. Hero Glow and Hero Lanka model plan was in same shift( Hero Glow -1000 and Hero Lanka -4000), and on that time both model kit was available on floor as well on line, that’s why it led to mixed and run with different model. 2. The difference of Hero Glow and Hero lanka model keypad was very less and not known of all line persons ( Prod. PQC & OQA ), due to which it was skipped from the line."
After Situation	"1. We will arrange training of all department key persons for India version and international version material difference. 2. Material Team will feed keypad on line only as per plan ( they will ensure no excess keypad will issue on line) 3. If two different model plan on shift which have less difference of keypad then MC team will keep seperate both model material in MC area and issue on line after proper code and physical verification. 4. If found any material mixing issue on line then immedieately hold FG and identified all material and quality related risk in same shift. 5. PPC Team will not give two different model plan in same shift & same floor, which have high material mixing and quality risk on line."
