There is no check point for LED auto on in all keypad phones. In this case, when the battery is put in the handset, the LED turns on automatically. This is a major issue, it is passed by the Assembly side & PQC side and gets rejected a lot in OQA.
For this, a check point has been added through PCR from the assembly side, that the manpower who inserts the battery at the Insert Battery stage will see that after inserting the battery, the LED on inserting the battery is not auto turning on. And check point has also been added on LED soldering stage, soldering should not be poor or rough. This will reduce defects and also reduce lot rejection. |
