Reduce one Man power from battery cover assembly line at the stage of battery cover binding with jig

After discussed in PFMA meeting in Blaze pro -5G that we will used one MP at this stage for only first 10K production and after that according the FVI result we will remove that MP . Now we find FVI result positively so now can removed one MP from that stage
