We have faced speaker wire gluing issue in model A7 star due to this wire length is not equal and wire length short because supplier during the assembly process of the horn on the production line, the operator did not strictly follow the standard requirements of the work instruction manual to fix the wire glue, and the wire was not completely straightened, resulting in poor bending and leakage of the horn wire outlet. Reason for outflow: The glue applicator did not perform self inspection, resulting in the outflow of defective products due to wire bending Insufficient frequency of IPQC inspections, failure to detect in a timely manner, resulting in the outflow of defective products. |

| After Situation |
"We have make an improvement at supplier end to eliminate this issue and Add line management workstations on the production line, arrange dedicated personnel to manage the lines and apply fixed glue to prevent the wires from bending and flowing out.
2.The IPQC process inspection has been changed from once every 2 hours to once every 1 hour, and the bending of wire outlets has been included in the key inspection scope." |
