Kaizen Description	In Model - Yuva Pro 2, for 2400 production at battery fixing and scanning stage was creating accumulation at this stage, to end accumulation, by getting the scanning process done at battery pressing stage, both the stages will be balanced and the accumulation is over.
Before Situation	Model- Yuva Pro 2 Stage- Unpack Battery & Scan Battery Fix Battery Connector & Fix Battery Scanning also had to be done at the battery fixing stage due to which accumulation takes place
After Situation	By getting the battery scanned at the battery pressing stage, both the stages will be balanced
