"Now we have taken action at supplier end to eliminate this type of defect ,1. Change the operation method (from the original mode of
packaging in Area A and full inspection and packaging in Area B)
to a one-stop assembly line operation mode, that is, packaging,
full inspection, and packaging are all completed in a unified
area. Incomplete semi-finished products are not allowed to leave
this area after opening the line to prevent the occurrence of
wrong materials. See Attachment 1 for the operation area.
Before sealing, 100% check the label information and physical
objects of each roll of materials according to the drawings to
ensure consistency.
3. Expand all material production horizontally and refer to this
