There is Two Manpower for One Process (Pasting conductive cloth on Front camera & Remove vinyl underneath of Battery FPC connector) & One Manpower for other Process (Remove release paper of main FPC & and Buckle connectors & paste Main FPC & Remove release paper from Sub PCBA Area) and In Second Process Manpower Facing Problem while In first Process Manpower can do Smoothely alone according to my Time Study.So,we have distributed the work and balanced the Line.

Now at stage No. 24, Process is Remove release paper of main FPC & and Buckle connectors & paste Main FPC & Remove release paper from Sub PCBA Area
