Kaizen Description	CSK Hard/Not Working issue in model:- Gem Power at production line
Before Situation	1. At production line very high rejection of CSK key hard issue was coming. 2. After analysis at supplier end we found that CSK Key fully stuck with silicon because of excess glue.
After Situation	1. Glue Machine pressure decrease from 60psi to 55psi to avoid CSK hard issue 2. Fitment check of 500 pcs with phone at 55psi and found ok
