Kaizen Description	Improvement in Middle cover of moto A10E
Before Situation	We were facing high rejection of LCD Dot issue and PCBA hard fitment in moto A10E . After analysis we found that the LCD dot and PCBA hard fitment is getting created due to extra molding part in Middle cover
After Situation	After discussion with the supplier we have done improvement in middle cover and the issue of LCD dot and PCBA smooth fitment is improved
