1. Based on the above situation, the reason of module opening NG is that the internal circuit of the circuit board is damaged, which leads to abnormal current transmission and makes the image unable to be opened.
2. In view of the possible risk of camera module failure during transportation, a vibration procedure is added to the process test process to stimulate the internal damage of FPC generated during transportation in advance. |
