Previously As per raised PCR by QA team we have changed battery fixing process due to this one scanning setup added at this stage
Before Situation

After PCR given by QA team we rearranged process as per given below 1. Battery binding & Battery connector fixing & fix battery & press battery 2. Battery binding & Battery connector fixing & fix battery & press battery There was 2 duplicate sop for this so we added one more scanning setup
After Situation

Now we modified battery fixing process & now process is as per given below 1. Battery unpacking & connector fixing & battery fixing 2. Battery scanning & binding & Battery pressing So we saved one scanning setup from all smart phone
