Kaizen Description	All SOP kept in file with model-wise with numbering.
Before Situation	Before all SOP kept in almirah without location also all SOP mix with each-other SP & FP SOP. Due to this we have to search SOP on changeover time which was taking more time to hang on line. Line also stop due to delayed.
After Situation	Now are keeping all SOP in file also we use 2 files for SP & FP. Also we have mentioned number on SOP model-wise. With this implement now very easy to find the running model SOP. Now we take SOP from file easily during changeover. Line start timely without delay.
