To improve the empty bin availability on shop floor on right time by change the layout
We were putting the empty bins in front of repair room. Therefore lot's of fatigue of Supervisor/operator from material room to check the empty bins availability as per requirement.
Now we have changed the location of empty bins/trolley area. Bins/Trolley can see from sitting table or material room easily. So supervisor/operator can check the available stocks without any fatigue/Body movements.
