Kaizen Description	In Every Preventive Maintenance of Reflow oven,Post PM we start checking thermocouple point over heater blower hole. So that no issue occured of temperature variation during Production.
Before Situation	Before, On reflow oven we have no check point for checking thermocouples of all top & bottom zones heaters,Due to this sometimes we face temperature variation issue in running condition due cleaning flux from cover by operator it may get distrub from blower hole of Heater.
After Situation	Now, After Post PM of Reflow oven we check all top & bottom heaters thermocouples in mid hole of blowing direction.Now no chance of loss production by implemention this major step.
