Kaizen Description	For new process improvement in sim sd card stage and imei label pasting stage there are issue to accumlated handsets here and sim and sd card shortage issue .need to change process imei label pasting stage set up in start at FT side .
Before Situation	This processes are facing some problem and sim sd card accumlated here .
After Situation	Need to improve this process and all line sim and sd card increase.
