Kaizen Description	New tool implemented at OQA3/OQ2 stage in nokia model also in lava models so that OQA sampling can control and avoid market faliure of GB seal miss .
Before Situation	There was no any tool to control OQA sampling , OQA inspector pick sample from weighing stage and flexi will pick handset after OQA sampling from OQA stage without GB seal and return to weighing stage . during this process there was chance of slippage of GB seal.
After Situation	New tool implemented at OQA3 stage as a ‘Fool Proofing’ in order to ensure that samples taken from line before weighing stage. In case if operator takes Weighing done samples than that sample can not be scanned/accepted in OQA tool
