In Nokia (hope plus) model, After remove the bottle neck stage from ctq stage, improve the quality of product and eliminate the process defect.
Speaker fix stage operator also doing mic rubber fix work which increase the cycle time of it's stage, due to this operator does not perform speaker fix and route (CTQ) process properly. its cause of speaker wire poor fitment defect(Spk crack).
Now mic rubber fix work transfer to previous stage which have low take time and also it is non critical stage. Now operator perform his ctq work properly and spk crack issue eliminate from line.
