Before, we did not measure the resistance of 3 phase motor of top and bottom blower Heater on Monthly Preventive Maintenance of Reflow Oven. Due to this we cannot get to know the status of 3 phase motor or indication of getting it winding weaker and NG.

After, Now we started to measure the resistance of 3 phase motor of top and bottom blower Heater on Monthly Preventive Maintenance of Reflow Oven. We can overcome and know before whether the motor is NG or going to be NG by checking it resitivity.,Range between 48 to 53 ohm.
