Unused pipe was hanging in aging room at 3rd floor so which could be reason to pinch in eye while moving operator in aging room for work. so we have removed the pipe line and resolved the issue as could could release open air.
before Air pipe line was hanging it could hit in operator eye and issue of 6s was also there. so it could release the air in room freely too.
After we have removed the pipe and also 6s issue resolved and safety problem also resolved.
