In model lava GEM ,Lot reject for torch fail in OQA, For same we have implement process at loopback & speaker test stage after complete his process operator will keep h/s in tray from back/battery side it will be easy to verify torch ON at headphone test stage. After implement the same process, Operator will be able to check torch 200%. |

In model lava GEM ,Lot reject for torch fail in OQA, because in this model torch is in back side , some time operator bypass the torch test,and torch test is done only 100% before implement this process on line . |
