Fixed manpower except neem on smartphone line.
Currently there is no fiX, manpower in smartphone lines as there is high 5age of NEEM manpower which left monthly in high percentage leading to productivity losses on line as new manpower takes time to get trained.
if we fix only Apprentice /B.Voc /associate manpower on lines than attrition rate will be reduced leading to high productivity and quality.
