Kaizen Description	Gap found due to RF cable not route as per define in groove. Gap in middle cover due to RF cable poor fit.
Before Situation	Earlier Nokia shadowcat plus SOP number 13 lock RF cable connector & route RF cable stage in sop in SOP route RF cable from bottom to top direction was not routed properly, there was issue of gap in it. And operator without checking sent it to the next stage.
After Situation	Now the process has been changed in that sop number 13, now the route has to be routed in the direction of RF cable top to bottom, this will not cause the issue of gap and the operator will do his work properly in the same direction as given in SOP . For further improvement in Assembly process, RF Cable routing method updated; Now routing will be done, starting from Top of the device towards Bottom of the device
