| After Situation |
In battery cover assembly area, initially only 1 manpower deployed at FVI stage to check the cover visually. Observed that excess glue was present which wasn't pass and since it was dry, hence the cover had to be scrapped.
Now added another FVI manpower before Curing stage. Now the excess glue could be detected beforehand and the excess glue can be reworked easily in wet glue stage. |
