If the PC on the floor are shut down, yes, then the power is turned off. When we open the PC, we remove the option (Ctrl Alt Delete) which sometimes does not delete Ctrl Alt, it takes more time to scan.
If we remove Ctrl Alt Delete from user Accounts in Control Panel, then only we will have to enter password as it saves time as well.
