Kaizen Description	Arrange smart phone empty PCBA bin signage board for maintain 3R and better clarification & identification.
Before Situation	Before we have only Empty PCBA bin signage board for identification in which production team mixed both keypad & smart phone PCBA. After that during moving these empty PCBA bin production floor to store we do sorting(Smart & Keypad PCBA bin) which is extra working for team & time wasting.
After Situation	Now both smart & keypad bin production team hold & keep separately due to this now many benefits we found which is as below:- 1.Save sorting time. 2.Easy to movement floor to store. 3.Maintain 3R & 6S on floor.
