Kaizen Description	We Added the check point for Speaker Housing glue in Wire assemble SOP no- 07.In this case no any defect generate on line & no lot reject
Before Situation	N 41 wire: There is no check point for glowing of speaker housing on the assembly line due to which the speaker got lost all around and got rejected. This gluing is done on SOP No. 6 in which there is no check point.
After Situation	To prevent such defects, we have added a check point in SOP No. 7 that before fixing the speaker in the jig, check the GLUE. There should be glue in the speaker housing. After this, fix the speaker by placing it in the jig. This will remove defects and the lot will not be rejected.
