There is no check point of Mic foam, Mylar, deco color, sim tray color etc. in the top of the smart phone at the repair stage. The missing part is also rejected per lot in the Blaze curve. As such, I should add check points to all parts at the repair stage. No lot will be rejected due to the problem of missing a part. |

We have inserted PCR for all smart phones We have added check points for all parts like mic foam, Mylar, camera deco, SIM tray color etc. in the SOP for all smart phone at repair. |
