Kaizen Description	There is no check point to check which direction the key should be placed in the case, So we added check point in SOP at Power on device stage. that check the key direction "+" is upward side.
Before Situation	There is no check point in the SOP indicating the direction in which the key should be placed in the case. Therefore, inserting the key in the wrong direction in the housing causes many faults in the line. In such a situation, there is every possibility that the lot will be hold.
After Situation	We have added a check point at the Power on device stage. He will pick up the device from the conveyor and check that the key direction “+” should always be upward, then turn on the device and then drop it on the conveyor.
