Wrong PCB was received and passed from IQC due to MPN was same in both PCB, wrong and OK, that's why passed from IQC and Run on line- Because -
1.YUVA 3 is a derivative project of Blaze 2;
2. Blaze 2 customers need to modify the SMD package and need to update the PCB Layout;
3. The layout engineer believes that Blaze 2 and YUVA 3 are derivative projects and have the same PCB, so they can be used directly YUVA 3
project PCB part code, everyone’s subjective consciousness leads to leakage;
1. The Layout engineer did not carefully check the PCB modification requirements;
2. The internal ECN audit was not rigorous and the relevant personnel did not carefully review the modification requirements;
3. The purchase order was placed according to the BOM material part code, and the IQC inspected according to the sample and acknowledgment letter, and the green light was given all the way |

After taken action at supplier end-
1. Optimize the ECN review, review content and details, and present differentiated comparisons in the form of documents and PPT to facilitate a more complete understanding;
2. The ECN approval process adds review meeting attachments, which makes it easier for countersigning personnel to intuitively understand the change requirements and check whether there are errors;
3. For all mass production project PCBs, ECN changes must go through the factory trial production process to ensure that all problems are fully exposed (for example: blaze2 PCB changes have been trial-produced on the Yuva 3 project, so the blaze 2 project has not been scheduled trial production) |
