WE are facing H/F jack bubble issue in FP model, due to- Improper use of plastic raw materials, excessive moisture content, at high temperature, catalytic cracking reaction will occur, produce smoke, resulting in foaming
The raw materials of plastic are not baked thoroughly, causing bubbles after high temperature
The parameters of the injection molding machine are abnormal, and the decomposition gas is produced during the sol operation, resulting in foaming;
Cause: After the screw is worn, the stirring sol is not uniform, making the sol as a whole uneven cold and hot, and the feeding is not smooth, resulting in the mold air can not be drained in time, there is some air in the plastic body, and the air expands after high temperature, and bubbles appear |

After taking action at supplier end,
The screw life will be changed from quarterly maintenance confirmation to weekly spot inspection confirmation, and quality personnel will confirm together on site.
IR furnace strictly in accordance with the furnace temperature setting standards to carry out high temperature verification, to ensure the effective detection of bad bubbling, and the furnace temperature daily spot check
Injection molding and assembly IPQC furnace verification has been changed from 10PCS per mold before to 500PCS per day after furnace to confirm whether there is bad foaming
till now no issue observed while more than 3000K produced. |
