Kaizen Description	Process rearrange due to sub PCBA QR have scanning issue
Before Situation	1. Input sub PCBA & fix earphone sleeve 2. Fix USB sleeve 3. Scan sub PCBA & fix sub PCBA in TP slot But there is scanning issue & scanning stage had no excess time
After Situation	Now we rearranged process as given below & there is no issue 1. Input sub PCBA & fix earphone sleeve 2. Fix USB sleeve & fix sub PCBA in TP slot 3. Scan sub pcba with TP 2D
