Kaizen Description

MIC (j601) upside down detection.
Before Situation

Tolerance of inspection window high due to scratches on body and white circle. In AOI defect was not detected due to high tolerance. The gray scale value more then 100.
After Situation

Now reduce inspection window size the gray scale value is less then 90. Machine detects all upside down in this range.
