Moto Neo keypad hard issue resolution
Keypad hard issue was observed in the moto neo(gold) keypad at production line. After analysis we found that this issue was due to extra molding part at top surface of keypad. Around 18K keypad was faulty.
After cutting extra material from top surface of the keypad all keypad found ok at production line and no issue reported.
