Kaizen Description	Improvement in S1 smart watch
Before Situation	We faced magnet miss issue in S1 smart watch at our production line during production. After analysis found glue qty. was less in smart watch magnet placing groove.
After Situation	Now glue qty has been increased from 3.5mg±1mg to 4.5mg±1mg. Also supplier has added 100% tap test at his end to ensure that magnet will not fall down after gluing process.
