IMEI label was shifted/uplift after GB closing to packing FVI stage. Process is not defined to put GB on conveyer for this Gb label stuck on conveyer. Due to this IMEI label is shifted. When FVI operator put second layer after scanning IMEI label was removed. Due to stuck with carton box or drop .

1- Raised PCR and add check point in SOP for for fix direction of put GB on conveyor to avoid chances of stuck label with other devices of conveyer . 2.Change process process of Gift box keeping direction on conveyor after gift box closing stage to packing stage operator (handset movement in same direction) IMEI label on upper side .
