CYCLE TIME REDUCTION AND PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT.
We are unable to meet cycle time in SPI machine for HERO model because of fudicial and barcode inspection time is high for this model at SPI machine in automatic mode.
Now we enable manual mode for Fiducial and barcode reading in SPI machine so machine cycle time is reduced thus productivity improved and also cycle time is meet.
