3d height sub method use as a polarity inspection in 3d Aoi.
we use color seperation sub method for polarity inspection . some time component body and paste color have no color difference thats why polarity inspection not judge properly.
now we set component height on component surface where height difference on component and surface is differ and use polarity sub method . This is work as polarity detection with 100% accuracy
