After Preventive Maintenance of Reflow Oven sometimes temperature variation occurs and it goes up and down in reflow oven zone,which shows variation in Zone temperature sometimes and temperature error in zones.

Now we start checking thermocouple point position in center of Blow out hole so that Temperature controller gets exact temperature getting by thermocouple pointer and teach manpower how to work over thermocouple area. Now no issue observed of temperature variation .
