Part Name :- Rear cover_A7 Torch Issues :- Scratch issue
Supplier used to pack the Rear cover in curated boxes and foam separator, then the Rear cover was part touch each other and there was occur the problem of scratches.
We have changed the packing std after discussing with supplier, now we are packing the parts with curated box/PP polybag/foam separator to avoid scratch problem, and now the material is arriving safe.
