Reel counter m/c SMPS was fluctuating. Due to some inappropriate commands.
M/c was in operation normally but due to some particular commands its one of control unit was not operating properly also due to by which SMPS not able to circulate voltage to path.
After analysis found its some Semiconductor & Resistance not working due to by which whole phenomenon happen. so change that components (in-house) after that SMPS voltage was ok in circuit. M/C Running normally.
