Now We taken up with supplier and make change in tool of Punching machine, now about 1lakh materials used no issue found.
1. New Punch Replaced, burr issue Solved.
2.Awareness given to stamping operator during process time if any abnormal found like burr or punch broken issue, on that time produced lots(tray) are kept in hold location with proper identification label. |
