Master carton label printing stage printer not working ok and due to this misprint of label. As from the running shift, operator getting continous issue of lable misprint, every time testing person came as resolve the issue but not able to kill the actual problem. Due to this he got a label misprint in boxes and not detect it as an NG Print. Checkpoint is also not available for this in SOP, to check the label misprint issue and lable damage issue.

1.Check point add in SOP for check all label content proper print and no misprint any latter on label . 2. Also if any ambiguity is seen on the Box label in stage, the operator should immediately stop the line and check all online master carton box .
