Need to increase LED detectability at FT to reduce market failure.
Previously we have checking LED in only one stage (Earphone checking) in all Feature phone.
As in all Featurephone LED is getting glowed from first stage of FT (Dial code) so now each and every FT operator will check LED to mitigate the risk of market failure.
