In case of Front cover , keypad Usually all color part code mentioned in SOP irrespective of what color is running on line which leads confusion among the operator
Common SOP for all color model in feature phone and mentioned all part code in same SOP
Need separate SOP for color wise part code, means only part code write down in SOP which color is running on line
