1. High process and PCBA rejection in Smartphone model due to repair pending handset has cleared in next shift 2. After repaired those h/s will run offline and required machine setup ( PSA, Glue machine & Battery Pressing Jig) | 1-We are monitoring last hour rejection and working to reduce it 2- LIne leader will take approval if any handset hold at line with reason and closure date 3- For battery cover pasting model , will arrange offline procees of PSA, glue machine and battery cover pressing machine , same like IMEI write and RF setup. 4-Next model kit will not issue till previous model closure for exeption case approval will taken by production team 5- We have make process : If more then 20 devices will pending for FT then will take clearance plan on line, and if less then 20 qty then these will clear offline. 6- Responsibility has been cleared of repaired handset: Now Repair team will directely handover FT pending device to PQC team for FT process. | 09/2024 | |||

Earlier the gift box seal to be paste weight stage before whose check point was given at the FVI stage which could not be checked properly | Now GB Seal paste is being done before GB QR code scanning and its check point is given on GB QR code so that if it is missing anywhere then it can be caught at FVI stage. | 08/2025 | |||
